Shipping Info

Upon receipt of payment and/or confirmation of payment by Paypal (Westunion or Visa card or T/T) , items are shipped out at the pre-agreed mode i.e. HKPOST、 EMS、 DHL or UPS. The duration of the shipping depends on the mode of delivery chosen. Items are packed in accordance to the international shipping standard.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Standard Shipping usually takes an additional 7-12 days until delivery and Expedited Shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 days until delivery. Please keep in mind that we only process orders during the business week (Monday - Friday) and that shipping may be delayed around major holidays.

Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer refunds and exchanges for returned items within 30 days of the shipping date. No refunds or exchanges will be awarded if the customer has exceeded the 30-day return period. Please review the guidelines below to see if your item meets the necessary requirements.

Unopened and New Items
We offer full refunds and exchanges for unopened items. If we feel that the item has been opened, a restocking fee will be charged.

Defective Items
Full refunds and exchanges will be awarded for defective items. However, this offer is voided if the items have been abused or tampered with in any way. It is upon our discretion to decide if the item is actually defective.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% of the total purchase value (whichever is greater) will be charged for all opened items that are not defective.

Shipping Fees and Taxes
We will often refund the initial shipping fee paid by the customer. However, we do not refund sales tax or the return shipping fee.

Physically Damaged and Modified Items
No refunds or exchanges will be awarded for any item that has been damaged, modified, and/or tampered with in any way. Any physical damage done internally or externally to the item will void this return policy. It is upon our discretion to decide if the item has been physically damaged or modified by unnatural causes.


Missing Items and Components
A full refund or exchange will not be awarded for any item that does not include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other components included with the purchase. If the item is missing any components the customer will be charged for the corresponding value of those component(s).

Note: We have the right to refuse the return of any item upon our discretion.
